Humboldt Park Health is easily accessed via West Division Street, North California Avenue or West Augusta Boulevard. Complimentary parking is available in any of our nine parking lots, located around the hospital on West Cortez Street, North Mozart Street and West Thomas Street. Please observe all posted reserved signs.
